Our first priority is your 100% satisfaction with any The Outdoor School (“Adventure 18”) purchase. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any of the following reasons, you can exchange the product by various shipping companies at your own expense to:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange the order you placed on www.adventure18.com, then send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com within 7 days from when you receive the product/s with the proof of purchase and we will exchange the item in question for another size or another item at the same or greater value.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are received by Adventure18 in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, unwashed and undamaged. Refunds will not be provided.
Adventure18 has the discretionary right to accept or reject the exchange. The same will be documented in an email and communicated to you within 15 days of your request to exchange the product.
PEASE NOTE Exceptions / Rules:
Exchange of product due to incorrect size has to be initiated within 7 days from the day you receive the product/s, with the proof of purchase and the product. If we think the reason is genuine and the products are received by Adventure18 in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, we would be more than happy to help the customer with a different size in the same product, provided the size required by the customer is available in stock.
Defective products “Not under Warranty by the Brand”
We strive to sell 100% genuine and quality products and hope that this does not occur, but if the product you purchase has a manufacturing defects or develops a defect while in use, for which the Brand does not provide warranty, we regret to inform that we will not be able to do anything in that situation. You can get in touch with the Brand directly for the same.
Defective products “Under Warranty by the Brand”
The warranty of a product is restricted to that provided by the manufacturer. If the product you purchase has a manufacturing defect for which the Brand does provide warranty, we request you to kindly email us an explanation or an image of the defect on firstname.lastname@example.org within the warranty period. While we will try and assist you, you will have to get in touch with the brand – Adventure18 assumes no responsibility for the product performance of an external brand.
Shipping of products during the exchange process to Adventure18 is the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to use a shipping agent who will preserve the product as is handed over to them, until it reaches our doorstep and is accepted by a representative of Adventure18. We will not be able to entertain exchanges if they are damaged or received by Adventure18 in an unsaleable state due to any action or inaction by the shipping agent. The costs incurred in shipping the product to Adventure18 will be borne by the customer.
